SENIOR MASTER CHALLENGE
The Senior Master Challenge is a 9-month fitness journey designed to test your endurance, strength, and commitment while celebrating the values of martial arts. Running from October 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, this challenge invites participants to achieve three goals: 99 pushups per week, 99 sit-ups per week, and 99 miles per month. Open to all levels of fitness, participants can choose to engage in one, two, or all three areas of the challenge. Tracking is done via the honor system, reflecting the core martial arts principle of integrity, and weekly progress will be posted on AMA monitors and the challenge website.
Created to share in the experience of Master Ayala as he strives for his Senior Master title, the challenge offers participants the chance to grow alongside their mentor, both physically and mentally. While the challenge focuses on personal growth and accountability, AMA has chosen to recognize participants with special rewards at intervals throughout the challenge. Whether you’re here to support Master Ayala’s journey or embark on your own path to greater fitness, this challenge will push you to reach 99 and beyond!
